Escrow inspections & appraisals

Escrow inspections & appraisals

Once your offer is accepted, the transaction enters escrow. This stage involves critical steps like home inspections, appraisals, and coordinating with title and escrow officers. My role is to ensure that every detail is managed seamlessly.

Earnest money will be wired to escrow, and documents will be shared with your lender if needed. Disclosures play a significant role here. These documents provide essential information about the property—everything from structural details to neighborhood considerations. Reviewing and understanding these disclosures together ensures that there are no surprises.

During inspections, I’ll be by your side, connecting you with top-tier professionals to ensure the home meets your expectations. If any issues arise, I’ll negotiate repairs or credits on your behalf to protect your investment.

If you are using a loan, appraisal is ordered and reviewed during the underwriting process. Leading up to closing, all loan documents get sent to Title/Escrow. As the closing day approaches, a closing disclosure will clarify exact funds due at closing.
